違うままで、いっしょに

真ん中で、
ひとりの赤ちゃんが
すやすやと眠っている…

その小さな夢から、
いろんな声や笑顔、
それぞれの物語が
ふわりと広がっていく…

泣く子、笑う子、
好奇心のまま
気になるものへ手を伸ばす子。

自転車をこぐ子、
重そうなかごを運ぶ子、
大切なものを抱える子、
おどけてみんなを笑わせる子…

葉っぱをくわえたうさぎ、
夢中で葉っぱを食べるうさぎ。

大きなボタン、小さなボタン。
違う色や形、模様。

お花にも、
それぞれの形と色、
その花だけの香りがある…

同じでなくても、
それぞれにできることがあって、
ひとつひとつが
そのままで愛らしい。

違うままで、
笑い合えたなら…

この世界が、
みんなが安心して
一緒にいられる場所になりますように…

Different, Together

At the center,
a little baby
sleeps peacefully…

From that tiny dream,
different voices, smiles,
and stories of their own
gently begin to unfold…

Some cry, some laugh,
and some reach for whatever catches
their eye,
guided by their curiosity.

Some ride bicycles,
some carry a heavy basket,
some hold something precious close,
and some act silly to make everyone
laugh…

A rabbit with a leaf in its mouth,
and a rabbit absorbed in eating its
leaves.

Big buttons and small buttons.
Different colors, shapes, and patterns.

Every flower, too,
has its own shape and color,
and a fragrance all its own…

Even though they are not the same,
each one has something it can do,
and each one is lovable
just as it is.

May we smile together,
while remaining just as we are…

May this world become a place
where everyone can feel safe
being together…

※ この作品は、人それぞれの違いを認め合い、
仲間外れにすることなく、
それぞれの個性を大切にしながら、
楽しく生きていけたらという思いを込めて作りました。

平和にはさまざまな捉え方があると思いますが、
私の中では、お互いを思いやり、
違いを受け入れながら生きていくことも、
大切な平和の一つだと感じています。

※ I created this piece with the hope
that people can accept one another’s differences,
without leaving anyone out,
and live happily while valuing each person’s individuality.

There are many ways to think about peace,
but for me,
one important form of peace is living with compassion,
accepting our differences,
and respecting one another.
