月のかけら

いつものように、

猫と一緒に本を読んでいた…

ページをめくるたびに、

物語は少しずつ広がっていく…

その頃、

もう一匹の白い猫は、

トランプの階段を駆け上がりながら、

夜空を見上げていた…

三日月がひときわ美しく輝きはじめる…

やがて、

月からこぼれ落ちた小さなかけらは、

白い猫のもとへ届いた…

そして、

そのかけらは転がり落ちながら、

彼女のグラスの中へ――

淡くやさしい光が、

静かに灯る…

彼女はまだ気づいていない…

その小さな光が、

いつか彼女の未来を照らす希望になることを…

As always,

she was reading a book with her cat beside her…

With every page she turned,

the story grew a little wider…

Meanwhile,

another white cat was climbing a staircase of playing cards,

gazing up at the night sky…

The crescent moon began to glow more brightly than ever…

Before long,

a tiny fragment of moonlight fell

and reached the white cat…

Then,

rolling gently downward,

it slipped into the girl’s glass…

A soft and gentle light

began to glow within…

She does not know it yet…

But that small light

will one day become a hope

that brightens her future…

※ この作品では、色が強く出すぎる部分をやわらげるために、
トレーシングペーパーを重ねながら、
全体の色のバランスを調整しました。

また今回も、シールを眺めているうちに
ふわっとイメージが浮かび、
そこから物語が生まれていった作品です。

私がコラージュを作る時は、
シールを見ている中でイメージが浮かび、
そこから物語になっていくことがありますが、
この作品もまさにそうして生まれた一作です。

※ In this piece, I used tracing paper
to soften areas where the colors felt too strong
and to adjust the overall balance of the composition.

This work also began in a very natural way:
as I was looking at the stickers,
an image suddenly came to mind,
and from that image, the story began to grow.

When I create collages,
I often find that an image appears while I am looking at the stickers,
and from there, a story begins to take shape.
This piece is one of those works.
