ひみつの寄り道

お城をこっそり抜け出して、
門限までのほんの少しだけ、町を歩く午後。

左のツタは、まだお城と彼女が繋がっているしるし。
時計は、帰らなければいけない時間のしるし。

そんな限られた時間の中で、
小さなわんちゃんと出会って、
彼女の寄り道は少しだけやさしくほどけていく。

帰る場所は決まっている。
でもこのほのぼのした出会いは、
きっと今日だけの大切な秘密。

A Secret Detour

She quietly slips out of the castle
and walks through the town until curfew.

The ivy on the left is a sign
that she is still connected to the castle.
The clock is a sign
that she must return before long.

In that limited little moment,
she meets a tiny dog,
and her secret detour becomes soft and gentle.

She already knows where she must go back,
but this warm little meeting
will remain her secret for today.
