記憶の中のあの景色

あのとき見た景色も、
あのときの笑顔も、
全部ここに閉じ込めた…

遠く離れても、
時間が流れても、
消えてほしくないから…

この小さな瓶の中で、
あの日はずっと輝いている…

A Memory Held Within

The view we once saw,
the smiles we shared—
I sealed them all inside…

So they would never fade,
no matter how far we go,
no matter how time passes…

Inside this little bottle,
that day is still quietly shining…

※ この作品には、以前スイスのゴルナーグラートを訪れた時に、
マッターホルンを眺めながら撮った写真を見て、
水彩をほんの短い期間だけ習っていた頃に描いた
初期の水彩画を使っています。

その時に見た景色や旅の思い出を、
今回のコラージュの中に残しておきたいと思い、
この作品を作りました。

※ This piece includes an early watercolor painting
that I made while looking at a photograph I had taken
during a visit to Gornergrat in Switzerland,
with the Matterhorn in view.

I wanted to preserve the scenery I saw there
and the memories of that trip within this collage,
and that is how I created this piece.
