コットンの世界

コットンの妖精が
そっと手をかざすと、
綿花はふわふわのコットンに。

そこには、小さな女の子たちと動物たちが
お互いを信頼し、支え合い、
仲良く暮らす温かな世界が
広がっていた。

眠気まなこのクマの男の子が
ふと目を覚ますと……

「ん……？
どうして僕はここにいるの？
もしかして、まだ夢の中……？」

When the cotton fairy
gently held her hand over the cotton bolls,
they turned into soft, fluffy cotton.

There, a warm world stretched out,
where little girls and animals
trusted and supported one another
and lived together in harmony.

When a sleepy little boy bear
suddenly woke up…

“Huh…?
Why am I here?
Could I still be dreaming…?”

※今回は、コットンのシールを使って
作品を作ってみたいと思ったことが
きっかけでした。

そんなとき、台湾で購入したシールの中に、
コットンを持った女の子を見つけ、
「これで何か作品ができるかもしれない」
と思いました。

そして、お互いを信頼し、
支え合いながら暮らす、
そんな温かな世界を描いてみたいと思い、
作品を作り始めました。

ただ、それだけでは少し静かな雰囲気だったので、
クマの男の子を登場させて、
ちょっとしたユーモアも加えてみました。

人と人とのつながりの中でも、
お互いを信頼し、支え合うことを
大切にできたらいいなと思っています。

そんな思いも込めた今回の作品から、
ほんわかとした温かさを
感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

※This piece began with my wish
to create something using cotton stickers.

Then, among the stickers
I had bought in Taiwan,
I found a little girl holding cotton
and thought,
“Perhaps I could create a piece with this.”

I began creating the piece
with the idea of depicting a warm world
where everyone lives together,
trusting and supporting one another.

But I felt the scene was a little too quiet,
so I decided to introduce a little bear boy
and add a touch of humor.

I also believe that
in our relationships with one another,
it is important to cherish
mutual trust and support.

I hope you can feel
a gentle sense of warmth
from this piece,
which I created with those thoughts in mind.
